Reyes Rentals LLC offers convenient pick-up and drop-off options for our valued customers. Whether you are arriving at the SJU airport or have a custom San Juan Metro address, our drivers stay in communication before your arrival and as your rental period ends. This ensures they are at your location precisely when needed, reducing any potential wait times.

When your driver or host arrives for drop-off, they will check your driver's license, give you the keys, and you can start your adventures without any hassle!

If an order is placed between 9 PM and 9 AM, during our out-of-office hours, or if a customer's flight is delayed at any time of day, the vehicle will be conveniently left in the airport parking lot for pick-up or drop-off. This service incurs no additional fee, but the customer is responsible for the parking lot ticket to retrieve the vehicle. Parking fees can vary, with a maximum charge of $27.50.

Yes! To reserve a vehicle with us, a credit card in the name of the individual making the reservation and picking up the vehicle is mandatory. This credit card will be requested to be placed on file 24 hours before your reservation begins. We will require you to upload photos of both the front and back of your license along with your credit card information. Please note that credit builder cards, such as Chime or self, are not considered valid credit cards. There will be no charge or hold on your credit card, it will solely be kept on file for security purposes. Unless you choose to use that credit card to process your payment as well. You have the option to pay for your car rental using a debit or credit card. No cash.

Our minimum age requirement is 21 years old with a valid driver's license. No exceptions! There are no extra fees based on age.

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the reservation date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the reservation date, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Cancellations made 2 days or less before the reservation will result in the forfeiture of your $250 security deposit. All cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] or you can contact us at 787-980-3010 during our business hours, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM E/T.

Absolutely! You have the option to use your own insurance. To proceed with this, kindly reach out to your insurance provider to confirm if they cover your vehicle rental in Puerto Rico. If they do provide coverage, kindly request them to email you a copy of your declaration page. You can then submit this document to us via email at least 24 hours before your reservation begins.

In Puerto Rico, tolls are managed through toll by plate, and the island has its own toll service system. This means there are no physical toll booths to stop and pay at, and out-of-state transponders cannot be used. Instead, toll charges are automatically linked to the vehicle's license plate.

To simplify toll payments, you can opt for our prepaid tolls package at $8.99 per day. If you decide not to select this option and pass through tolls, you will incur charges for the toll amounts plus a $20 processing fee. You have until the start of your rental period to add the toll package; once your rental begins, the prepaid toll option cannot be added.

Upon booking, a refundable security deposit of $250 is necessary to secure your reservation. This deposit will be returned within 10-15 business days after the vehicle is returned, given that the vehicle is in its original condition. Any damages, incomplete gas, excessive dirt, smoking, etc., may influence the refund of your deposit. 

Upon completing your reservation and deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your booking. Between 24-48 hours before your reservation begins, our customer service team will reach out to ensure that all necessary documents have been signed, your license and credit card information have been submitted accurately, and to confirm your flight details or custom drop-off location. This is to ensure that your host can deliver the vehicle promptly upon your arrival. Car sharing involves individuals renting out their personal vehicles to others, creating a model of car rental. In a peer-to-peer car sharing setup, car owners offer their vehicles for rent through a platform or service that links them with potential renters. In our scenario, we facilitate car sharing with various small car rental businesses across the island, enabling them to provide their rental services through our website. These owners of car rental companies will act as your designated "hosts" and serve as your main point of contact during your trip.
